IDEC AGRO & Factory has handed over the keys to a 3200 m² office complex in Les Essarts (Vendée). This project will house the new headquarters for LA BOULANGERE, a company that is well known for making traditional breads and pastries.
NEW HEADQUARTERS COVERING 3200 M²
LA BOULANGÈRE, a firm specialising in the manufacture of breads, brioches and other pastries relied on the teams from IDEC AGRO & Factory to build its new headquarters in Vendée. This building the specifications of which were based around an attractive architectural design and pleasant work areas is now home to the company’s staff in 3200 m² of offices.
BOLD ARCHITECTURE
IDEC AGRO & Factory worked with their client from the birth of the project and came up with a made-to-measure building. The architectural design matches what LA BOULANGÈRE does. The work areas have been organised to offer pleasant conditions with light offices and many meeting rooms, a refectory, an area to relax in and a sports hall. Thanks to careful attention to design details, the headquarters should obtain HQE Exceptional level certification, which guarantees a strong sustainable approach and a comfortable work environment for the future occupants.
