The IDEC Group, general property developer and two of its subsidiaries, FAUBOURG PROMOTION and THEBAULT INGENIERIE have just completed the development, design and construction of a project on the outskirts of Rennes. The inauguration of this programme, ‘La Factory by Groupe IDEC’ took place on 14th September.
